An MBA graduate could easily find employment with a great salary, all over the world. The career outcomes for MBA are more diverse than they were ever before. New MBAs are seeking jobs in Information Technology, E-Commerce, Healthcare, Computer Services, etc. Hiring is still better in finance, marketing, consulting and product management. Today’s MBA graduates avoid jobs in non-profit organizations and start-up companies. They want to work with hi-tech companies like Google, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft and many more who benefit the world in some way with their product and services.

1. Marketing Manager
A marketing manager is someone who manages the marketing of a business or product. A marketing manager supervises the planning and execution of many other marketing plans to help their company grow. They plan marketing campaigns, then analyse the data collected from campaign, set budgets, and manage staff. Marketing Manager work together with team members to determine the most creative ways to advertise the company product or services. There are some basic skills which any Marketing Manager should possess like way of marketing, Management skills, good communication and better public relations.
2. Management Consultant
A management consultant’s job is to help businesses by improving their performance and grow by identifying and solving problems. Most of the management consultants are self-employed, while some works for big firms. Required skills are Management Techniques, public relations, analysis and salesmanship. Most of the management consultants get salaries between $100,000 and $140,000 initially. Salaries can go up to $1,000,000 per year at the most senior level.
3. Financial Advisor
In easy words a financial advisor is a professional who provides financial advice or guidance to the customers. In some countries financial advisers have to complete specific training and hold a license to provide advice. A financial advisor can provide many different services like investment management, income tax, children’s education investment, etc. This is a very good career option for MBA graduates. Initially, the salary of financial advisor is lower than some other management positions, but it becomes around $50,000 per year gradually .
